Privacy policy
This policy explains how Benjamin AIMARD (“we”) processes the personal data of users of aimard.pro and its associated Facebook application (the “Service”).
Data controller
The data controller is Benjamin AIMARD.

Data that may be processed
When you choose to sign in to the Service using Facebook, we may receive only the information you have authorised Facebook to share with us, for example:
- your app-specific Facebook user ID;
- your public name and profile picture;
- your email address, only if this permission is requested and granted.
The Service does not post anything to your Facebook profile without your explicit action and authorisation. We never ask for your Facebook password.
We may also process technical information strictly necessary for the operation and security of the Service, such as access dates, IP addresses, browser types and error logs.
Purposes and legal bases
This data is used to:
- authenticate you and provide the requested features;
- secure the Service, prevent abuse and resolve technical incidents;
- respond to your requests;
- comply with our legal obligations.
Depending on the processing involved, the legal basis is the performance of the requested service, our legitimate interest in ensuring its security and proper operation, your consent where required, or compliance with a legal obligation.
Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Our technical providers may access it only to the extent necessary to operate the Service, or it may be disclosed where required by law. Facebook also processes your data under its own terms and policies.
Retention
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Account-related data is deleted or anonymised when the account or access to the Service is removed, unless retention is legally required. Technical logs are kept for a period proportionate to security needs.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No system can guarantee absolute security; please report any concerns to the contact address above.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. You may also withdraw your consent at any time where processing relies on it.
To exercise your rights, email benjamin@aimard.pro with details of your request. Proof of identity may be requested only where necessary to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
To delete data received through Facebook, see the data deletion instructions.
