Purpose of the Service

The Service provides access to the content and features available on aimard.pro. Some features may require Facebook authentication. Their availability may change, be suspended or be discontinued.

Access conditions

You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws, third-party rights and, when using Facebook, Facebook’s platform terms. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for activities carried out through your account.

In particular, you agree not to:

  • bypass or disrupt the Service’s security measures;
  • attempt unauthorised access to data, accounts or systems;
  • use the Service for fraudulent, unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights;
  • introduce malware or automate access in ways that may impair the Service.

Access may be suspended or removed in the event of misuse, a security risk or a breach of these terms.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Service’s own content is protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Viewing it does not transfer any ownership rights. Components published under an open-source licence remain subject to the licence specified for each component.

Third-party brands, content and services, including Facebook and Meta, belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Service is neither sponsored nor administered by Meta.

Liability

The Service is provided with reasonable care, without a guarantee of permanent availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages resulting from using or being unable to use the Service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or any mandatory consumer rights.

The Service may contain links to or rely on third-party services. These services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability or practices.

Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy. You may request deletion of Facebook-related data by following our deletion instructions.

Changes and termination

We may amend these terms or change the Service. In the event of a significant change, the last updated date will be amended. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, subject to applicable mandatory rules. Any dispute will first be addressed through an attempt at amicable resolution before being brought before the competent court.
